Afterwards
Nov. 4th, 2008 07:09 pmI didn't sell flowers after all. Instead I stayed at grandmas house to help cleaning. I've cleaned half of the house ALONE. Was massive workload but still better than staying the whole day outside and bargaining with bothersome clients who wont pay the normal price. Come ON, we sell those flowers cheap enough! Anyway, I'm pleased.
Life is back to normal now: classes, friends, internet... Will prolly get me bored before the end of the week. Will see if I can do something about it...
I bought a magnificent CD today. It's Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade and some other of his pieces. They are performed beautifully by L'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, directed by Ernest Ansermet. My favorite part of Scheherazade is the second one: The Story of the Kalandar Prince. It's simply amazing, full of life and adventurous. It's a must-listen for the classical music fans. I'll be listening to this CD for a long time, surely!
